Rooms include free WiFi, complimentary snacks, soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages from the minibar, and a modern en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Each room features comforts like 24-hour room service and laptop-compatible safes, as well as air conditioning. Some rooms have views of the Tokyo Tower. The rooms feature matcha green tea carpets, tomato red leather chairs and headboards. Ironing facilities, heating, a tea/coffee maker, a sitting area, a terrace, and a trouser press are provided.
Dining and Cuisine
The hotel offers refined European provincial cuisine with fresh Japanese ingredients at Andaz Tavern, an all-day dining restaurant overlooking the Imperial Palace. Guests are served a la carte lunches and dinners, and a full breakfast buffet with Asian and American items. Layered 'bento-box style lunch boxes' are available with pumpkin gnocchi. The menu features snow-aged meats and vegetables, tapping into the Japanese culinary concept of yukimuro which involves preserving food in a snow cellar to enhance flavours and textures. The Rooftop Bar, located at the apex of the building, provides Japanese-inspired cocktails. The SUSHI, an eight-seat sushi restaurant, is located next to the bar in an intimate tearoom-inspired space.
Leisure and Wellness
The 37th-floor AO Spa & Club resembles a modern-day apothecary. It features a Blend Bar packed with fresh green herbs, seasonal plants, fruits, spices, and oils. Therapists use these to create bespoke scrubs in front of guests. Each treatment comes with a visit to the Blend Bar, where therapists use organic products and ingredients to mix a custom hand or foot scrub. The hotel also includes a fitness center and an indoor pool with a view. The hotel offers deep circular baths as a nod to Japan's love of bathing.

The hotel is within a 14-minute train ride from the Marunouchi area, and an 18-minute walk from the Ginza district. The hotel is located in Minato with fast-food and chain restaurants, office buildings, and mini-marts.

Andaz, meaning 'personal style' in Hindi, offers various facilities and services. The Tavern Grill & Lounge, on the 51st floor, has contemporary design and walls of windows. Lifts lined with white washi paper take visitors to the 51st-floor Andaz Lounge, featuring paper partitions, latticed panels, and abstract sculptures. Three Andaz Studio event spaces, located on the top two floors, serve as dynamic gathering places. Amenities for children include an original mascot called Torakichi. Children of all ages are welcome. All 164 rooms offer 24-hour room service. The hotel insists that children of all ages are welcome to stay or dine at the restaurant.
