jacuzzi option friendly staff

the room had a jacuzzi option in the bathtub, amazing!!! i also found the amenities, like razors and hair brushes, very useful. the staff was friendly and even surprised us with champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. the breakfast buffet was good.

the hotel is quite far from the subway, made getting around the city a bit inconvenient.

lovely park fine views modern luxury old furniture poor lighting extra payment

the location is fantastic, right next to a lovely park. fine views were available from the 33rd floor during breakfast. the hotel blends modern luxury with japanese elements.

The rooms show their age. The furniture looked quite old. the lighting in the room wasn't great. accessing amenities like the pool and gym required extra payment.

outdated feel extra charges

the staff was helpful enough , directing me to the nearest convenience store.

i was underwhelmed , to be honest. the room had a distinctly outdated feel, with furniture that looked like it had survived a few too many decades. the extra charges for the pool and onsen reminded me of a blatant attempt at nickel-and-diming, especially given the already HIGH room rates. it's the kind of thing that leaves a sour taste , you know?
