“Imperial Hotel Tokyo stands as a landmark, its history intertwined with that of modern Japan. For some, the experience might not fully justify the expense, especially when weighed against potential noise issues or ongoing renovations. Yet, the hotel's enduring elegance and exceptional service, particularly its prime location near the Imperial Palace and Ginza, create a compelling base for exploring Tokyo.”

Classic Elegance and Perfect Service

I found the staff attentive. They catered to every need. The location is perfect for shopping. Also dining options are abundant.
I noticed the hotel has an outdated look. My room did not match the photos displayed. The room was clean but looked too old. It was also hard to navigate inside the hotel.

Adequate stay in a well-located hotel

detailed informationcomfortable breakfastunwelcoming feelextra charge
The concierge provided detailed information for gift shopping. The staff escorted me to my room with my luggage. I found this charmed. The location was very convenient to Ginza. Breakfast in the room was comfortable.
The hotel did not have a cute feel. It seemed very professional. When I asked for a fork to eat the dessert, I was told it didn't come with it, and I had to pay for it. I found this absurd. -.
