lovely stay in the city
great location fresh fruit fresh room nice pool
i had a really nice time at this hotel the location is good and it was easy to get around the breakfast had so many choices i especially loved the fresh fruit i stayed in a newly remodeled room and it felt very fresh and modern the pool was great.
i noticed some minor wear in the hallways but it didn't really affect my stay

the staff offered assistance promptly they addressed all my questions with patience at the reception during check-in and throughout my stay, the team provided excellent support and made me feel at ease

the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation, i found the laundry service quick and reliable with clothes returned neatly folded

the hotel is near a subway station making travel simple several convenience stores are within walking distance offering snacks and essentials, numerous restaurants are located nearby providing various dining choices

room mix-up delayed access
the check-in process was not smooth. it took some time to resolve, and i was not initially given the room i had paid for. this caused unnecessary stress after a long journey, and i was very disappointed by this experience and the manager's initial refusal to honor my reservation.
