Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

I found the lobby beautiful with city views. The breakfast options were extensive with miso soup, fish, rice, and desserts. My corner room offered amazing views. I could control blinds and lights with a tablet. Staff were helpful.

I noticed some areas in the room had a slight curry smell. The shower could have been cleaner. There were some dusty areas in the room and bathroom.

The room included blackout curtains, ensuring a dark environment for sleeping. I found a mini-fridge available for storing drinks and snacks. The climate control system worked efficiently and maintained a consistent temperature, so i was comfortable.

friendly staff fine view amazing breakfast elevator odor mild coffee small closet

the staff was friendly and helpful. they always greeted me with a smile. the window views are fine!!! the breakfast was a real highlight.

the elevator from street level had a slight odor. it reminded me of urine. the coffee was too mild for my taste. i had to use several packets to get a decent flavor. the closet space felt a bit small. there wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom.

the floor-to-ceiling windows offered fine views. i could see the city from my room. the location was great with easy access to nearby restaurants. i also appreciated the self-service laundry available on multiple floors... such a convenience!

the noise isolation wasn't perfect, and i could hear some sounds from the hallway at times, although it was very subtle.

Excellent City Stay

helpful staff convenient laundry luggage forwarding

The location is great. It is a short walk to the ginza area and to shimbashi station. Staff greeted me at any time and inquired about my day, even offered help. The laundry facilities featured detailed graphics that showed the machines statuses. I used the luggage forwarding service to osaka before visiting hakone for a few days. It was very convenient.

There was a very faint mint smell in the room upon arrival, though it dissipated quickly.

this hotel is gorgeous i loved how clean and modern it was! i really recommend this hotel the bed was definitely the comfiest i slept in!

everything was fantastic but if i am picky the tv had only local channels
