The location is great. It is a short walk to the ginza area and to shimbashi station. Staff greeted me at any time and inquired about my day, even offered help. The laundry facilities featured detailed graphics that showed the machines statuses. I used the luggage forwarding service to osaka before visiting hakone for a few days. It was very convenient.

There was a very faint mint smell in the room upon arrival, though it dissipated quickly.

the hotel has a great location close to many subway lines. it is a short walk to ginza. the views are amazing and the high floors were a big plus. laundry machines are available for guest use.

the room had a faint curry smell. it could have been cleaner. there were many dusty areas in the room and bathroom.
