I found the breakfast service during peak hours had long wait times. It was disappointing. the laundry facility needs updating. The dryers did not work well. Clothes were not dry even after two hours (very annoying). I had to find a laundromat to dry them. I REALLY hope they invest in upgrading it.

The location was convenient for visiting the parks. A shuttle bus runs regularly between the monorail station and the hotel. A staff member was ALWAYS present to assist guests. Registration was quick and efficient.

I found the bathroom design outdated. The pillows were uncomfortable. The cleaning of the sink's inner edge needed more attention.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they held our bags and delivered them to our room upon check in. we also appreciated that they delivered our bags to the airport bus departure spot for check out. the monorail station is opposite the hotel. it is one stop from disneysea.

the hotel charges a fee for the outdoor pool. i think that access should be included for hotel guests.

the hotel is directly opposite the monorail station. this made access to disneysea very easy. we could also see the disney castle from our room. it offered a great view of the fireworks.
