Each room includes a seating area and an LCD TV with satellite and cable channels. Select rooms offer beds that can be placed side by side, and separate bath and toilet facilities. Maihama Teppanyaki+ is open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 11:30 AM-3:00 PM. Galleria Café is open from 11:30 AM-2:30 PM and 5:00 PM-11:00 PM on Saturdays and holidays, and from 11:00 AM-11:30 PM on other days. Café Toastina is open from 7:30 AM-11:00 PM.

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel provides recreation facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center open 24 hours, and Japanese-style baths open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The hotel is an Official Hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort(R), providing monorail access to Tokyo Disneyland(R) and Tokyo DisneySea(R). It is near Bayside Monorail Station, with a free shuttle to and from the monorail. JR Maihama Train Station is a 10-minute monorail ride and walk away. Other sites, such as the Tokyo Skytree, Kasai Rinkai Park, and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, are accessible by car or subway. The hotel is 30 km from Tokyo International Airport.
