a few issues marred an otherwise ok stay
ripped carpet dated decor
i was a bit disappointed. the room felt pretty dated. the carpet had some rips near the bathroom, and there were stains. it just felt old compared to my stay here years ago. the basin outside the bathroom also felt unhygienic, as there was nowhere to wash hands after using the toilet.

long wait times malfunction dryers
I found the breakfast service during peak hours had long wait times. It was disappointing. the laundry facility needs updating. The dryers did not work well. Clothes were not dry even after two hours (very annoying). I had to find a laundromat to dry them. I REALLY hope they invest in upgrading it.

Acceptable stay near the parks
shuttle bus helpful staff quick registration old bathroom uncomfortable pillows dirty sink
The location was convenient for visiting the parks. A shuttle bus runs regularly between the monorail station and the hotel. A staff member was ALWAYS present to assist guests. Registration was quick and efficient.
I found the bathroom design outdated. The pillows were uncomfortable. The cleaning of the sink's inner edge needed more attention.
