the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. they helped me with directions, helpful. the on-site bakery was a definite plus with its affordable prices. i especially appreciated the convenient access to the subway station.

The absence of a dedicated spa was a bit disappointing, though the other amenities made up for it. I hope they consider adding this in the future.

The hotel provides easy access from two subway stations. kokuritsu-kyogijo station is beside the hotel, and sendagaya station is opposite. Both are conveniently within walking distance. this accessibility is a significant advantage for exploring the city.

the staff were efficient, i suppose.

My room was unbelievably small for the price paid. I couldn't even open my suitcase fully without it blocking the walkway to the bathroom. i expect a hotel to provide adequate space.
