The location was good. It was close to transportation but away from congested areas.

the hotel swimming pool cost extra for hotel guests (2200 yen), i felt this was ridiculous for a supposedly five-star hotel. i think the pool should be free for all hotel guests.

the location was convenient. it was close to shibuya station, just a few minutes away. there was also a convenience store in the same building, that was really handy.

The pool wasn't free. I had to pay to use it. i think it should be included for all guests. customer service at the concierge wasn't great. i asked for restaurant recommendations, but they weren't very helpful.

The hotel provides a convenient location near the station. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The breakfast offered a good variety of quality dishes. The airport limousine bus service directly to the hotel was very convenient for arrival and departure.

i noticed the swimming pool usage requires an extra fee for regular guests, something that was unexpected in such a hotel.

The room included a large bed. The bathroom setup was very nice and well stocked with quality products. Automatic blackout shades were available for guest comfort. The room size was decent.

The staff was helpful when i needed a taxi. The staff spoke with the driver in Japanese for me. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout my stay. Early check-in was accommodated.

Breakfast had a decent variety and the quality was good. Japanese dishes tasted delicious. The hotel has restaurants available. i ordered dinner through room service and it came promptly.
