The hotel is close to the subway station. I appreciated the massage chair after long days of walking. The room features modern amenities. The staff was always helpful .

The room size made it difficult to open my suitcase. The massage chair took up a lot of space. More space for luggage would be very welcome.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The hotel's location is really convenient. It is a short walk to Tokyo Station. The subway entrance for the Ginza line is directly outside the hotel entrance. I appreciated the clothing steamer. I also enjoyed the fridge. The massage chair was very nice after long days.

The room was smaller than I expected. Managing 2 x 28inch luggage was a huge struggle. The front desk staff were not as helpful as I hoped. Some amenities seemed lacking compared to other hotels.

The hotel's proximity to the metro was so helpful. The entrance was just outside. the staff were helpful and very respectful . i found the room very clean. the location provided easy access to various stations.

the breakfast options remained the same during my three-night stay, some variety would have been welcome.

Fantastic Stay at Convenient Location

subway entrance accommodating staff

The hotel's location is really good, with the subway entrance right outside. I greatly appreciated the proximity to the station, as it made travel easy. The lobby was beautiful , and the staff were accommodating.

The room was quite small , and managing luggage proved challenging.
