Conveniently located near Lake Ashi, it's a short walk to the pirate ship dock and Hakone ropeway. Guests generally enjoy the varied buffet options for dinner and breakfast; though a few have felt the dinner buffet could be improved. A free shuttle service to and from Odawara station is also available, making it easier to access the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and supper buffet had lots of variety. The on-site onsen was PERFECT for unwinding and the foot spa was a picturesque place for taking in the view. Its location is a five min walk to the ferry and gondola station.
