My room faced majestic Mount Fuji, its scenery surpassed all anticipations. The room embodied traditional charm. It proved ideal for my romantic escape.

I noticed the onsen lacked a bit in aesthetic appeal.

the staff provided a free shuttle from the station and helped with our luggage. they took our bags directly to our room. the onsen had a great view.

the phone was allegedly broken and we were not notified of this. this made contacting the hotel difficult upon arrival. the room had an unpleasant smell, possibly from the carpet.

I feel SO LUCKY I chose this place! The unobstructed view of mount fuji from the room was amazing. The private onsen offered excellent service. I found it very relaxing. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, which i REALLY enjoyed.

the hotel's location required a bit of uphill walking from the bus stop.
