“Lotte Arai Resort positions itself well for families and ski enthusiasts with its ski-to-door access and comprehensive kids' club, but based on what I've explored, the dining experience and service standards appear inconsistent with its 5-star billing. I noted the onsen and spacious rooms as highlights, yet the potential for improvement in staff training and buffet quality seems significant. It's a property with strong recreational facilities and immediate lift access, but refinements could elevate it to a truly luxurious experience.”
