A lovely stay

The room had comfy pyjamas. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were a good bonus. I walked to the castle and gardens with ease. The kimono rental was just a short stroll away, inside the New Grand Hotel.

I found the vegetarian breakfast options quite limited. When I asked, the hotel gave me a spreadsheet of item ingredients, which seemed final.

The hotel includes an ice machine for convenience and a vending machine for quick refreshments. There is also a washing machine available needing to do laundry , it is very convenient.

The staff at the hotel proved very pleasant and happy to assist. They were particularly helpful. They facilitated the process of sending luggage with great care. I appreciated it so much.
