The staff provided complimentary bath salts upon arrival. I found this a very nice touch. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the lobby during the day. The udon service in the evening was delicious and convenient. The hotel offers a parting gift with a personalized message.

The room seemed a bit smaller than I expected. I had some difficulty finding space for my suitcase.

The room size was smaller than I anticipated I barely had space for my luggage. The breakfast options also disappointed me because they were exclusively Japanese. I expected some Western alternatives considering the number of international guests I saw.

The staff were super friendly, always greeting me. the room was clean and the hotel was quiet. complimentary udon at night was delicious. It was a half serve but still a decent size.

the room was too small. there was no place to put suitcase and personal things. it was much smaller than its claimed 40m2.
