roomy bathtub clean room easy access

The staff helped with baggage transfer. The free treats tasted delicious (the dango were my favorite!). The bathtub was roomy. The room was very clean. It was comfortably sized for two people. We both slept well. The lobby was clean. The rooms looked gorgeous. The location allowed easy access to destinations.

The exterior sign in English could be bigger.

The staff provided complimentary bath salts upon arrival. I found this a very nice touch. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the lobby during the day. The udon service in the evening was delicious and convenient. The hotel offers a parting gift with a personalized message.

The room seemed a bit smaller than I expected. I had some difficulty finding space for my suitcase.

The room size was smaller than I anticipated I barely had space for my luggage. The breakfast options also disappointed me because they were exclusively Japanese. I expected some Western alternatives considering the number of international guests I saw.

The staff were super friendly, always greeting me. the room was clean and the hotel was quiet. complimentary udon at night was delicious. It was a half serve but still a decent size.

the room was too small. there was no place to put suitcase and personal things. it was much smaller than its claimed 40m2.
