the staff were super friendly and helpful. they greeted me always with a smile. i liked that i could use the public onsen. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I found the location advantageous because of its proximity to the train station. The staff was very attentive, always providing a warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious and elegantly presented. I particularly appreciated the variety of Japanese options. The hotel arranged to send our luggage to my next destination, which removed the stress of managing storage lockers.

The public bath experience was somewhat diminished as the bath mat in the family bath was damp. I hoped it would be replaced immediately to ensure better comfort and hygiene for every guest.

the staff offered assistance whenever i needed it! the traditional japanese breakfast was delicious and started each day wonderfully. i found the yukata provided a unique cultural touch, it.

The lighting in the onsen could be a little brighter. It's just a minor detail though.

onsen bathing delicious dishes origami decoration

i adored the onsen bathing facilities and found them very relaxing. breakfast included delicious, well-prepared dishes. the staff assisted me well. the origami decorations throughout the lobby area were lovely, and the atmosphere felt romantic. it was a perfect setting for a romantic escape.

i noticed a small stain on the tatami mat in the corner of the room.
