Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel's location is convenient. It's a short taxi ride from the station, and many attractions are within walking distance (the market, temples, and gardens are close by!). I found the breakfast buffet offered a great variety with a coffee machine that makes lattes. I also enjoyed the happy hour.
I noticed some scratches on the wall in my room. The place for the suitcase also had scratches. These were slight issues (overall everything was great).

the hotel was new and well maintained. i appreciated the japanese garden located outside the restaurant. the staff assisted quickly with any questions that arose.
i noticed scratches on the wall within the room. the suitcase placement area was also scratched. i think these issues could be addressed through routine maintenance.

the service was underwhelming. i deposited clothes for laundry service, including washing, drying, and folding.. the next day i discovered stains on several items. the front desk said they couldn't be blamed for any washing issue and offered no solution.
