the free shuttle service to the airport was SO convenient! i also appreciated the automatic check-in, it made everything much smoother and faster. the hotel's proximity to a convenience store was a HUGE plus for grabbing quick snacks and drinks.

The room was rather small. There wasn't much space to move around comfortably.

i found the proximity to the airport very convenient (it was only a short taxi ride). the room was spacious enough for my family. the beds were comfortable and i appreciated the amenities provided, such as pajamas and slippers. the staff was kind and efficiently stored my luggage before check-in.

The room felt a little dusty. Better housekeeping would improve the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff tried their best to accommodate my needs, though their English was not perfect. They offer a shuttle service from the airport, a great amenity. The train station is a short walk away.

The room's air conditioning was quite loud. I found it hard to adjust the temperature.
