A decent Hotel

great omelettes comfy beds friendly staff dusty corners filthy drainage broken door

The hotel breakfast include omelettes. pastries tasted good. Staff were friendly and the beds was very comfy. The TCAT location made it easy to get to the area. The room was clean and nice towels were provided.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly. It was dusty, especially in the room corners. The bathroom drainage smelled filthy. The entrance door had damaged structure. The cupboard door was broken. It was hard to open it.

The gym had an additional charge, something i found quite cheap. the pool doesn't exist, and the spa was closed i think. i wish i knew that BEFORE i arrived. I was looking forward to using those amenities. overall, i expected MORE considering how much i paid. i wouldn't visit this place again because better options exist.

I found the location convenient because its next to the TCAT station. It made traveling simple. The room had great size. It felt larger than normal Japanese rooms, those often hasn't got space for anything. Japanese cleanliness standards impressed me.

This hotel seemed really dated to me. The rooms feels very old. Even the Japanese toilets looks old. Some features didn't worked.

old room bidet problem

The staff was really friendly overall and always made sure we were being taken care of but not disturbed.

The room felt old. The bidet stopped working in the middle of usage every time I tried to use it which was frustrating and inconvenient

The hotel connects directly to the subway line. An airport bus terminal is steps awaywith seamless access to both airports. Breakfast included many options to start the day. I found the staff to be professional and helpful, promptly assisting with requests and luggage handling.

The room included L'Occitane bath products and free water bottles were provided daily thanks to the housekeeping service. The room was large including a seating area, a desk and a vanity that I found useful. I appreciated the spaciousness.

The staff displayed excellent customer service and were always ready to assist me. Two bell captains helped with our luggage early at 5:30 am. They arranged for a taxi, which left a positive impression of attentiveness.

Breakfast featured many options including both European and Asian dishes. I appreciated the high quality breakfast that helped start the day. I found the refilling service during the buffet to be very efficient.
