human staff excellent room

Check-in was straightforward using the holographic kiosk. If I needed help, human staff were available. The hotel is close to many sites in Asakusa. The room size was excellent and included many facilities.

The pillow was small. It was difficult to find a comfortable sitting position.

wonderful stay in a perfect location

handy mart convenient access easy transportation luggage storage

the family mart on the first floor was so convenient, i could grab snacks and drinks anytime! i appreciated the short walk to sensoji temple and nakamise shopping street. also, the train stations were close by, i had easy access to transportation around the city! the luggage self-storage and lockers made things really simple for me.

The beds were really firm for my taste. I would have preferred a softer mattress.

tawaramachi station is really close making travel easy and convenient. it is a 10-minute walk to the main part of asakusa. the hotel is located one block from the ginza subway line, providing easy access to various destinations!

the breakfast offered halal food and curry options. there were japanese dishes and american-style breakfast items available too. i noticed they provide healthy choices like vegetable fruit juice and a salad bar. the breakfast was really convenient!

convenient location family mart

i found the location very convenient, especially the short walk to Tawaramachi metro station. the family mart on the first floor was a lifesaver (it's accessible directly by elevator!).
