The subway station is just across from the hotel. I also found several convenience stores nearby. I appreciated the umbrella rental service. It was a thoughtful inclusion.

the location was convenient, close to the subway. a few places to eat were also nearby.

The shower water temperature would shift unexpectedly to extra hot. this could potentially cause burning. room cleanup was incomplete. I found two pillow cases left uncovered (i found that strange).

The hotel had a great location, very close to the train stop. I could walk to tourist locations SUCH as the Art Museum and Imperial Palace. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was good. I loved the extra TEA and refreshing cloths.

The pillows were not comfortable.

i found the location perfect with a metro station just across the street. the staff were helpful and very friendly. i appreciated the pajamas provided and the comfortable bathtub, especially during the cooler weather.

the bathroom tub design caused water to spill onto the floor when the shower was used. this minor inconvenience was the only drawback during my otherwise pleasant stay.

i found the location very convenient. the subway hanzomon line is right across the street. there is a convenience store nearby, and a ramen shop is also close. this made getting around easy. the staff seemed friendly to me.

the bed in my room was too hard for my liking. also, the room seemed a bit dusty. it bothered my allergies.
