the hotel offered easy access to various subway lines. This made exploring different parts of the city easy. The room included amenities like a full soaker tub with jets, it was great after sightseeing. I also appreciated the courteous nature of the staff.

the air conditioner made a growling noise sometimes. I had to turn it off at night.

convenient location and family-friendly room

the east wing family room was surprisingly large fitting my family comfortably. beds were slightly larger than singles a great convenience for us. a family mart located just outside was useful and the iidabashi metro stop was a short walk. the hotel's proximity to the metro simplified getting to the main sights.

housekeeping did not complete room service until late in the afternoon on multiple days. we would often return around 3 pm to find the room not yet cleaned. this led to overflowing trash which was inconvenient.

the room included separate toilet area from the shower enhancing privacy. there were ample outlets which easily supported all our charging needs. temperature control was straightforward offering consistent comfort throughout our stay.

i stayed in an edmont standard room on the 12th floor. the breakfast was good (i liked the japanese options). the hotel has laundry facilities, very helpful. i also appreciated that a convenience store was close by.

the tv had mainly japanese channels.

the staff was wonderful and attentive! the room was clean and quiet. the location was very close to the subway and local restaurants. i found the laundry service fairly priced and efficient, very helpful for my travel needs.

i was a little disappointed by the room size, it felt somewhat small, particularly when managing luggage, but this is a minor issue. it wasn't a major concern, just something i noticed.
