the hotel is near the train station it was only a few minutes walk. the staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. i was grateful the room had a washer and dryer. it was easy to do laundry.

the room was small i could barely open my luggage. the hotel did not clean the rooms every day which was a bit inconvenient. i had to collect towels from reception which was not in the same building.

the location REALLY impressed me because it was close to everything. i liked the nearby cafes and restaurants. it was a short walk to the shibuya station. the room had nice amenities like a washer and dryer, a kettle. a microwave. this was very helpful.

the room was small in my opinion and the bathroom had a bit of a smell. the balcony felt quite dirty. i asked for an iron and ironing board, BUT the iron provided was not working well. the ironing board was broken.
