the staff were helpful. i appreciate they spoke good english.
i found many hairs on the wall in the bathroom. it suggested the housekeeping team did not pay attention to cleanliness that much. the bed and pillow were also not comfortable.

Acceptable, but room cleanliness needs improvement

dirty bathroom shower leak
I noticed multiple hairs in the bathroom upon arrival (gross!). It seemed like the housekeeping staff maybe rushed through the cleaning. The shower also had a leak. Water covered the bathroom floor each time I used it. It wasn't ideal, to say the least (a mop would have been nice).

weird smell replaced filter
the location WAS great, real close to senso-ji, and close to many restaurants.
My room smelled WEIRD. I suspect it was coming from the curtains or the air vent filter not being replaced. I did get used to it, but it detracted from the stay.
