The location is amazing. It is near everything. the hotel is close to shopping malls and shibuya station. the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

The hotel seems old and worn. I noticed scratches on the walls. the towels were thin, that was unexpected. i found the bed had no understorage, and , made taking things out of the luggage difficult with the small space.

the staff was friendly and VERY helpful.

the air conditioner seemed centralized. i could NOT adjust it to my preferences. this meant the room felt uncomfortably warm. this was frustrating since i expected more control over the temperature in MY room.
