the hotel location is great!!! the bedroom had comfortable features. i really liked having daylight through an open window. there was access to a great coffee shop and solid food too.

the curtains were not very good at blocking out light. sunrise in april is quite early, so blackout curtains are needed!!

Good Spot Near Shibuya Crossing

My room included a queen bed and sofa bed that was spacious. Staff helped me when I asked. The hotel location is near shopping and a quick walk to Shibuya Station. I found a nice cat cafe across the street and visited twice.

The room had street noise during the day and I could hear neighbor's voices. The curtains also let light in early. I had to use earplugs to sleep well.

The Pronto restaurant offered simple, but tasty breakfast with both Japanese and Western options. Pasta available for lunch seemed cheap and delicious. I noticed several cafe options located close to the hotel.

A wonderful and peaceful stay!

The location was AMAZING. It was close enough to everything without being directly in the chaos. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean. I found the hotel was tucked just enough away from the crazy mess, yet it was convenient for food and shopping.

The location was excellent! It made accessing local attractions quite easy. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, I especially liked the Japanese selection though the European options were also great!

The room was a little noisy at times, probably due to street traffic.

The location is amazing. It is near everything. the hotel is close to shopping malls and shibuya station. the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

The hotel seems old and worn. I noticed scratches on the walls. the towels were thin, that was unexpected. i found the bed had no understorage, and , made taking things out of the luggage difficult with the small space.

the air conditioner seemed centralized. i could NOT adjust it to my preferences. this meant the room felt uncomfortably warm. this was frustrating since i expected more control over the temperature in MY room.
