clean amenities helpful staff safe area

i found everything very clean. the staff were friendly plus very helpful. i felt safe while walking around the area. the hotel provided ample amenities and had efficient staff. they were always ready to help with my needs, which i appreciated.

check-in was quick. the rooftop onsen was included. my room had everything i needed and a refill bag looked daily at the door.

i found the air conditioning a bit loud and it clicked often. it was hard to keep it on for long periods.

efficient check-in convenient location

The self check-in was efficient and the staff assisted me with the machines upon arrival. my room was comfortable and i found the location to be convenient. i also had access to the rooftop pool area and spa and onsen. It was so relaxing!!! a lawson's convenience store is next door, great for quick needs.

The room i stayed in was quite small. There was limited space for luggage. also, the check-out time was strict, and i had to pay extra for staying just 45 minutes past the deadline. i think a little more consideration would be helpful.

the location is very convenient. it has many restaurants and stores nearby. the hotel is clean and modern, AND comfortable. i also stored my luggage at the hotel.

the rooms is TOO small. this makes it not personal. there are more beautiful hotels i could stay at.
