The room size was a challenge (especially with luggage). I asked for extra pillows, and it seemed like an impossible request. It was like I was inconveniencing them. The lack of readily available assistance was a definite downside. I think they could improve their service a lot.

The hotel provided all necessary amenities. I was provided with hair ties and pyjamas. Fresh robes were available for the onsen, I found that fantastic after long day of walking. The hotel location had much nightlife.

The check-in was automated. The process felt slow. I scanned my passport multiple times.

The hotel stored my luggage for free when I arrived early. The air conditioning in the room was controllable, a major plus. A Family Mart and Don Quixote were a short walk away, very convenient (easy access to snacks and essentials). The public bath was a relaxing amenity.

The check-in process involved self-check-in machines, which lacked a personal touch.

The facilities were very clean and well maintained! The reception staff provided tattoo covers, great to use the spa. I found the lodgings to have everything needed, including extra amenities in the room. Check-in was quick, so I could start my visit right away.
