A charming stay near the airport

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It ran frequently. the hotel had a store on the first floor and it was really convenient. I could leave my luggage after checkout without any charge. the breakfast buffet offered many options and the staff was very friendly.

the front desk staff were AMAZING and helpful, always asking about my flight. they advised on shuttle timings and provided maps. EVERYONE was really cute and accommodating, a total delight.

This hotel provides a free shuttle bus that goes between the airport and Aeon Mall, a REALLY useful service. the coaches were full-sized to transport guests to and from the airport. Trips took only five minutes. it was such a pleasure.

The hotel's location is convenient , especially with the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room triggered my dust allergies , unfortunately. The surfaces were very dusty , and the exhaust fan above the shower was completely clogged with dust and lint. The pillows were terrible , and the beds were certainly not comfortable.

The room looked outdated. the bathroom felt especially old. the shower drain was clogged. Water pooled on the floor and seeped onto the carpet. sound insulation was poor. I could hear the vending machine outside my room every time a bottle dropped. it wasn't the restful experience i needed before my flight.

The hotel offered a convenient, free shuttle service to the airport. The lobby was nice and felt accommodating (it had a good atmosphere). I found the room to be surprisingly large, with ample space for packing. It was much more than I had expected after traveling to other locations.

I noticed some dust in the room, which triggered my allergies. The surfaces seemed a little dusty. The exhaust fan above the shower was completely clogged with dust and lint.
