convenient location helpful staff food options tiny gym corporate feel small rooms
the location was very convenient. the staff was always positive! and respectful. there were many food options around the area.
the gym is tiny with only three treadmills! and one bench. the hotel seemed more corporate and function based. the rooms were an ok size, but more twin than double rooms.

Excellent Premier Grand Experience
convenient location club lounge helpful staff
I stayed for four nights and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The premier grand experience included access to the level 45 club lounge with breakfast afternoon tea and evening drinks. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and its comprehensive amenities and also the staff that was very helpful.
The hotel wifi required frequent re-authentication. This required entering a pin code each time after the connection dropped. This happened often and was quite disruptive.

The club floor premier grand beautiful twin room offered ample space with comfortable beds. The room had modern decor and included a well-stocked minibar. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries and amenities provided in the bathroom.

The fitness center included several treadmills and a selection of weight machines. The hotel provided a business center with computers and printing services. The concierge services were efficient in arranging transportation and providing local information.

beautiful room spacious room comfortable room confusing experience bad condition loose faucets
My room was beautiful. It was very spacious. It was also comfortable. The view was fantastic. I could see Mount Fuji from my room. The staff provided great service and were always available.
The check-in experience was a little confusing, it was not smooth. The hotel room was okay, though the bathroom is in BAD condition. Faucets are loose and appear OLD. I was surprised by this for a Japanese hotel.

Excellent Rooms and Service
free bus friendly staff excellent service
The hotel has a free bus that saves time and reduces transportation concerns for Disneyland. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel provides excellent service. I found it particularly good.
The hotel's wifi authentication process is overly complicated. I had to re-authenticate frequently! The username, password, and PIN code were needed Every time i returned to the room, the connection was lost.

The hotel offers a breakfast with western options available, though it includes some odd choices. Some egg options can be made to order. There was bread for toast, but no plain bread rolls were offered.

The subway station (Tochomae) is within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The center of Shinjuku is only 10 minutes away. Getting to most places is easy. A local restaurant area is close by.

The hotel room included a good size and design, alongside a lovely view, especially at night. The room had a very comprehensive range of bathroom amenities provided, with individual bottles. I found the room super clean.

The hotel is HUGE and includes self-service guest laundries. The club lounge offers fine views. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and aperitifs are available to guests. The service provided was excellent.
