convenient location professional staff

i found the location convenient. the hotel clearly maintains its freshness in shinjuku (it felt so new!). luggage transfer was handled very professionally by the staff, i noticed. breakfast had a wide variety of options for different palates, a detail i appreciated.

i found no lounge and lobby area anywhere in the hotel where i could sit and relax. there wasn't a chair in the room either, a shame.

modern hotel softer mattress spacious bathroom

i found this hotel really modern. the bed felt softer than other japanese mattresses i've slept on. i was charmed by the modern bathroom and shower area too.

there weren't many chairs in the premium rooms. i did not find comfortable places to sit, other than the restaurant. room service was also not accessible, inconvenient.

infrequent garbage removal subpar cleaning standards

the location was definitely convenient lots of walkable attractions were nearby

housekeeping was not great garbage removal was infrequent i even requested a deep clean that should have been the standard i would have hoped for better.
