Historic Hotel with Excellent Location
quiet room large room train escort
I found the location very convenient, as it is directly within the main train station. The staff provided really good service. They even met me at the train tracks and escorted me to the hotel. I appreciated the quietness and the size of the room.

the location is very convenient, providing easy access to various train lines. i particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet , it offered a wide array of both western and japanese dishes.

charming stay in a historic landmark
helpful staff smooth service convenient location
the breakfast buffet was a real treat, with both western and japanese options available. i especially enjoyed the japanese selections with unique flavors! the staff were helpful and had good english skills, check-out, and luggage delivery smooth. i appreciated that the hotel is connected to the station.
the gym was small and a bit crowded, but i still managed to get a workout in, though i'd like it to be bigger.

The superior twin room was spacious and well-appointed. i really enjoyed the dome side room. It offered a view directly into the station, though i felt the room wasn't large by any means. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

Underwhelmed by the experience
unfriendly staff confusing elevator
The location is quite convenient if you have activities planned across the city.
I was disappointed with the service. Staff did not seem very friendly or helpful. The elevator system was confusing, and no one offered assistance even when I looked lost.
