fantastic shiodome stay!

modern room really good servicing breakfast buffet

my economy double room with a tokyo tower view was superb! it was modern and very clean. room servicing was really good and the staff were fab! the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it had good cooks and views of mount fuji on sunny days.

the only minor issue was the slight noise from the trains below. even on a high floor, it was noticeable. earplugs helped though, and i quickly adapted to it.

the hotel has a self-laundry service available . vending machines are also conveniently located within the hotel. guests can easily take care of laundry needs and quickly grab refreshments.

the view of the tokyo tower was acceptable.

The staff dismissed me, suggesting i go outside to buy a sandwich. this level of service was shocking and frustrating.

location was perfect. i walked to ginza. shiodome station seemed near. they provided self-laundry service. vending machine offered choices.

the minibar remained empty. i found this surprising. it seemed a detail overlooked. a full minibar adds comfort.

easy access clean room helpful staff

The hotel is next to shimbashi station. This provides very easy access to several train lines, the room was very clean. This. the staff were helpful and polite! i found this very cute.
