the location is excellent. i found it very easy to walk to shinjuku station and the 3d cat billboard is very close. the staff are also friendly and helpful. amazing!

The terrace where godzilla sits was closed. I wanted a close up view, but i couldn't get onto it.

i found the location really good. it has many restaurants plus shops surrounding the hotel, open late too. the staff was helpful. i think their english was very good.

the room i get don't have much space for luggages.

the location was acceptable (easy access to transport).

I was not entirely satisfied. the room size was quite small for a double, and there was hardly space to keep luggage. the bed was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were terrible. I had difficulty getting a good night's sleep.
