Convenient and Clean Stay

The location provided easy access to the subway and surrounding areas! Many bars, restaurants, and stores were within walking distance. The luggage forwarding service moved our suitcases to Kyoto, so we traveled more freely. The 7-Eleven store on the ground floor offered great convenience.

The bathroom was great with its modern design and cleanliness. The bed was comfy. I found the option for cleaning during longer stays very convenient. I also appreciated the central location and its proximity to various attractions and conveniences.

The elevators experienced slow service, causing occasional delays when traveling between floors.

The soundproof windows were AMAZING!!! The windows blocked out street noise to ensure a quiet and restful environment. The room was well maintained and clean. It came equipped with a multifunctional Japanese toilet. I loved it!!!

i found the room size rather small (even for what i expected in the city). additionally, i felt there was wasted space in the room, with the bathroom being disproportionately large relative to the usable living area.

the location is excellent. i found it very easy to walk to shinjuku station and the 3d cat billboard is very close. the staff are also friendly and helpful. amazing!

The terrace where godzilla sits was closed. I wanted a close up view, but i couldn't get onto it.

the location was acceptable (easy access to transport).

I was not entirely satisfied. the room size was quite small for a double, and there was hardly space to keep luggage. the bed was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were terrible. I had difficulty getting a good night's sleep.
