I loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, a really nice touch! The hotel staff were also very friendly. My room was super clean. The view to the city was great, I could see the sunset.

The breakfast choices were quite limited, disappointing. I found that there weren't many dining options nearby. The hotel entrance was not easy to find, I had some trouble at first.

The location is convenient with easy access to transportation (I appreciated that).

The room was quite disappointing. I found the carpet to be stained and the furniture looked old. The bathroom was especially outdated with an old-school bathtub and shower curtain. I really think they could modernize it.

the location was convenient. the hotel is close to subway and train stations. taxis were also readily available. the lobby had a beautiful view. the staff were helpful and nice.

the room i stayed in felt outdated. i saw this mentioned in other reviews. the carpet looked old and dirty. the bathroom also seemed old.

the hotel is close to the subway station , made getting around easy. convenience stores were nearby, so getting snacks and drinks was simple. i took a direct bus from the airport, so i avoided hauling luggage on trains. the staff helped me book restaurants using their concierge service.

the walls in my room were stained and the bathtub felt basic, a bit of a letdown.

the hotel offers direct underground access to the subway station. a nearby station provides direct transport to shinjuku. shiodome station is very close, providing easy access to transportation. haneda airport is easily accessible from this location.

the breakfast includes many options and better variety than other hotels i visited. the gallery restaurant offers exquisite cocktails, food, and service. there is a fancy coffee machine near the lobby. a coin machine dispenses beer or wine.

the staff was very professional and helpful. the front desk staff accommodated an early check-in at 7 am. they offered complimentary water and coffees in the lobby. the concierge service helped me book activities and restaurants.
