excellent location long flight good shower
check in used a machine, but it worked fine for me. the hotel is directly connected to terminal 3, so location is excellent. the shower was also very good, especially after a long flight. there are many stores and restaurants around the hotel also.
the walls seemed to lack a bit of sound proofing.

unclear lift irrelevant key
The lift operation wasn't clear. I felt lost in the spa area. additional signs were needed to clarify directions and rules. even though i paid at the front desk, spa staff made me use the payment kiosk. My hotel key seemed irrelevant.

terminal connection store access souvenir shops
the hotel's direct connection to the terminal was convenient. i walked from arrivals in minutes. i could also quickly access the convenience store near the entrance. souvenir shops were located between the hotel and the airport, so i bought some gifts.
the check-in process took a considerable amount of time! it seemed slow, and i had to wait longer than expected.

The room offered sufficient space for luggage and movement. It also featured blackout curtains. the bed provided a comfortable sleeping surface. individual climate control ensured personalized comfort.

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 3. the train station is easily accessible. this arrangement allows for easy trips into the city center, though the access to the city takes some time

chaotic check-in extra onsen cost
The check-in process felt chaotic. There were many machines, but none seemed to work. I then had to queue for ages. Two staff members were dealing with a long line of guests. It was also annoying that the onsen cost extra, I thought it should have been included!
