check in used a machine, but it worked fine for me. the hotel is directly connected to terminal 3, so location is excellent. the shower was also very good, especially after a long flight. there are many stores and restaurants around the hotel also.

the walls seemed to lack a bit of sound proofing.

The lift operation wasn't clear. I felt lost in the spa area. additional signs were needed to clarify directions and rules. even though i paid at the front desk, spa staff made me use the payment kiosk. My hotel key seemed irrelevant.

the hotel's direct connection to the terminal was convenient. i walked from arrivals in minutes. i could also quickly access the convenience store near the entrance. souvenir shops were located between the hotel and the airport, so i bought some gifts.

the check-in process took a considerable amount of time! it seemed slow, and i had to wait longer than expected.

The check-in process felt chaotic. There were many machines, but none seemed to work. I then had to queue for ages. Two staff members were dealing with a long line of guests. It was also annoying that the onsen cost extra, I thought it should have been included!
