The location is AMAZING! it's right in terminal 3. i walked straight from arrivals. I mean how cool is that?! i found a restaurant that didn't break the bank, always a win at an airport, and the hotel is wheelchair friendly!

i couldn't use it after 10 am even though i arrived late. That felt a bit inflexible. also, the check-in felt impersonal. I prefer a human touch, especially after traveling.

Check-in and check-out used streamlined self-serve kiosks. Someone offered help before I even realized I needed it. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was GREAT!!!

The pillow was the worst I have ever experienced. It was like sleeping on concrete.

The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3. This offered VERY convenient access to departures. Check-in was streamlined with self-serve kiosks. Staff were available to assist, and the process was quick.

I found the pillow firmness to be less than ideal. It impacted my sleep quality.
