the hotel has a great location, close to kyobashi station. it is also near tokyo station, convenient after arriving from kyoto via shinkansen. the beds were comfortable , and rooms were clean and quiet.

the ac is central, and there is no control over the temperature in the room. even when choosing 'fan,' it was still warming up the room. i could not get any sleep, and i seemed like i was in a sauna.

Convenient Stay Near Tokyo Station

I found the fitness room quite useful. The option to do laundry on site was great after several days of travel. The hotel's proximity to Tokyo Station was definitely convenient. It made getting around easy. The trendy atmosphere was also a plus.

I noticed the rooms are a bit small, limiting luggage space. More space to arrange belongings would greatly enhance comfort.

i found the location very convenient with easy access to transportation. kyobashi station is right outside, and tokyo station is a short walk away. the room felt new and clean. it was surprisingly quiet. the staff were helpful and service-oriented, which i appreciated.

the air conditioning could not switch between hot and cold which was a problem . it was either too hot or too cold in the room. i asked for a thinner blanket, but it was not available.

The hotel's location provides easy access to the subway.. plus it's a short walk to the train station. The room included essentials.

I found the staff to be less than friendly. It was like I was bothering them. The air conditioning stopped working after a few days. I had to ask repeatedly for it to be turned back on, as the room was consistently warm.
