Satisfactory experience
friendly staff limousine bus missing outlet older furniture
The staff were friendly and helpful. The limousine bus to the airport stopped right at the hotel, convenient. I found this very useful for my departure (it saved me a lot of hassle!).
There was no outlet on one side of the bed. I had to request an extension cord for a lamp.

Excellent Stay at a Convenient Location

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the station. It made travel easy. The airport bus transfers were very convenient for getting to and from the airport. I found several eating options nearby, a plus!!!
I had difficulty finding an available electrical outlet near the bed. I needed it to charge my phone overnight. This small detail was a bit frustrating.

The room featured two separate beds. A good view of the city was available at night. The room ensured a comfortable stay for two travellers.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate my needs. Most staff members spoke English well, which helped a lot.

limousine bus service train station nearby restaurants
The limousine bus service directly from the airport to the hotel was convenient. I liked that the hotel is very close to the train station, and , made exploring simple. There were also several restaurants nearby that I enjoyed!!!

Acceptable, but definitely some issues
dust accumulation poor ventilation
The level of cleanliness was really not up to par. Dust was everywhere, on the table, under the TV, also in the closet. I had to do the cleaning myself, and more dust collected so fast during my 3 night stay. The ventilation might have problems and the daily cleaning was not done correctly.

Great Location and Helpful Staff
train station walking distance helpful staff
The hotel is located right across from the train station. Department stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff assisted me in finding shops. They were friendly.
The water pressure was not as strong as some other hotels I have been to.

Customer service was excellent! The staff members were very helpful and accommodating, assisting me with directions and reservations. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure my needs were met, showing genuine care and attention.

The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and continental food options, which I appreciated. I enjoyed trying different local dishes each morning, alongside familiar western choices. The food quality was high.
