i stayed there for access to the metro which was amazing. the hotel has washers and dryers if you want to wash clothes. i did like this.

the location was close TO tokyo station, a short walk.

my room was small, and it felt a bit cramped. there wasnt an armario, leaving very little space for my clothes. THE breakfast lacked variety, and it mostly catered to japanese tastes.

I found the staff very helpful and cute. They answered all my questions promptly. the room had laundry facilities, i appreciated its ease of use. it was useful to have welcome drinks available in the lobby.

the picture on the website is somewhat deceiving, it looks less spacious.

fantastic stay near tokyo station!

ideal location helpful staff comfortable bed clean room

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It is a very short walk from tokyo station. this made travelling around super easy, especially with luggage. the staff were so kind and helpful, always ready with a smile! i was thrilled with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the room had everything i needed and the bed was really comfortable.

the room was a bit on the smaller side, but this wasn't a major issue for me.

The breakfast area doubles as a work lounge during the day and evening. It is perfect for catching up on emails. the breakfast selection included a good variety of tasty and healthy options. i really loved the food!!!

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english, made communication effortless. one staff member helped me arrange taqbin. I found that helpful. they prepared my shipping label in advance, which saved me a lot of time.

The hotel has a laundry service on the second floor. It is very convenient for longer stays. rooms include air conditioning and wifi that worked perfectly. a sleeping suit was provided . I loved the texture!

the hotel is ideally located near tokyo station, just a short walk away. this makes it easy to access various train lines, including the shinkansen. the ginza line is also close by, providing easy access around the rest of the area.
