I found the inner garden to be enchanting. Its nighttime lighting created a whimsical atmosphere. Our spacious room provided a amazing view. The iconic tokyo tower stood majestically against the skyline. Seven-eleven offers unmatched convenience. I love access to snacks and essentials right in the building.

The air conditioner struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. This made it a bit difficult to adjust the room climate perfectly. I reported it and they addressed it quickly.

There are many food choices on the premises. The selection is AMAZING!!! Tully's coffee adds a familiar touch. A good cup is ALWAYS welcome. Breakfast includes both Japanese and Western options. Something for every palate.

The room lacked sufficient storage. I stayed for four nights and struggled to find space for my belongings. The carpet also needed repair. I noticed a visible tear. This detracts from the overall impression.

the hotel's location offered excellent connectivity to shinagawa station. the convenience store inside (though with limited hours) proved useful for late-night needs. i enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable king-size bed. i felt relaxed there.

the walk from the train station involved a noticeably steep uphill climb. it was difficult with luggage.
