I found the breakfast to be quite good. It had an assortment of pastries, cooked breakfast items, yogurt, cereals, and a Japanese breakfast alternative. The hotel's location was very convenient. It was only a 10-minute walk from the station. Check-in staff arranged for our luggage to be forwarded to our next accommodation!!!

The soundproofing could be improved. I could easily hear people talking in the hallways.

the location was fine and close to many restaurants.

The room was quite small. It was difficult to fully open our suitcases. also, the soundproofing was poor. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway, and this disrupted my sleep. i did not expect this level of noise.

I totally loved the hotel's proximity to everything. shinjuku station was a short walk, super convenient. the room was always super clean, such a relief after a day out. the staff helped me book a taxi too. They were happy to assist!

the room i had smelled a bit musty. i bought an air freshener to deal with the smell.

The hotel enjoys an EXCELLENT location near the heart of the area, yet it is situated in a quieter section. The staff offered significant help by providing information and arranging taxis. We stored our belongings here and found them already in our room after a trip to Mount Fuji. The shower was quite spacious.
