the hotel had gorgeous japanese gardens and our room overlooked it directly the garden was lit beautifully and kept with traditional japanese aesthetics. the staff were very helpful and spoke english well. the hotel restaurant had a luxurious feel and the food was delicious too

The hotel linked to two others, a good surprise. I enjoyed club lounge access, also usable at the other hotels, a nice bonus. I did work there mostly. It gave me time apart from our room, I love it.

Our room stayed a bit warm, even when turned to the lowest setting, just a small thing.
