“The location shines, a mere five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station and convenient to many of Tokyo's attractions; inside, find both Japanese and French dining, plus a soothing garden. I think it's particularly good for business or leisure trips where a quiet moment is as important as city access. The datedness of rooms and facilities will not make you feel like you are getting all that you can out of Tokyo.”

club lounge garden view hotel access surprise bonus

The hotel linked to two others, a good surprise. I enjoyed club lounge access, also usable at the other hotels, a nice bonus. I did work there mostly. It gave me time apart from our room, I love it.

Our room stayed a bit warm, even when turned to the lowest setting, just a small thing.

Rooms

9/10

The room featured a lovely panoramic view including the famous tower. I found it convenient for morning coffee. A small refrigerator kept drinks chilled.

Dining

9/10

Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese selections. The variety sufficed for a longer stay. Omelets prepared fresh could be ordered. The restaurant provided garden views.

Service

10/10

The staff showed a great service attitude. I lost something there. They brought it back completely to me. The reception staff were very kind.

Location

8/10

Shinagawa Station sits a short walk from the hotel. The hotel has a free bus from opposite Shinagawa. The location allows easy exploration of Western areas.
