I loved the location. It was super convenient. I also found the staff to be helpful and friendly . The room was very very comfy and tidy, I appreciated that so much!

I thought the lack of storage in the room was a bit of an issue, especially for a longer stay. There was no closet, made keeping things organized challenging. I hope this is something the hotel can address .

The Superior Queen Room is compact, yet it has all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the shower area is great. The room is very nice. the bathroom is awesome and includes a decent-sized shower room.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They assisted with directions and luggage. the room had a well-stocked minibar, including complimentary water and a selection of snacks. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the subway station, nice for quick travel to different areas. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The gym equipment felt slightly outdated. Some machines needed maintenance.

The room had blackout curtains, useful for sleeping in late, and soundproofing kept it quiet. a work desk with multiple power outlets made working easy. The bed included high-quality linens and a choice of pillows.

The concierge offered assistance with restaurant bookings and directions. They speak multiple languages. (they even helped me with a last-minute theatre ticket!). the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean, and the turn-down service was a nice touch.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It felt very fresh. The location proved convenient. Several bars are nearby. Climate control in my room worked effectively. I stayed comfortable. The room size was standard. I didn't feel cramped.

The staff was not always helpful. I needed assistance with reservations. I learned there is no dedicated concierge service. I did expect this. My initial room had a strange smell. They changed it efficiently, however
