I found the breakfast to be quite varied. there was a generous selection of both hot and cold items. the spa facilities are a highlight. the pool and sauna area was clean, well-kept, and provided a relaxing experience. The gym had ample equipment, including treadmills and weights.

the room could have benefited from slightly enhanced soundproofing, as i occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

I was not thrilled with the extra charge for a high floor. It seemed pointless since my room was only on the fifth level. The spa, the main draw for me, was also disappointing. The pools were too cold. Only the jacuzzi was warm, and the aromatic sauna had no discernible scent. How strange!

the gym was okay, it seemed to have quite a few machines for a hotel gym.

The reception staff seemed pretty unhelpful. I asked about local restaurants, and they just pointed vaguely towards the street... not exactly a concierge-level response, was it?
