missing toilet paper negative impression
the sleeping bags kept me quite warm, I slept well enough. private lockers are available for storing belongings. it is positive that breakfast was included.
my experience was SUBSTANDARD. i was disappointed to discover the toilet paper was not replenished , despite my expectations. the staff did not address this until i specifically requested it. details like this left a negative impression, it seemed careless given the price.

excellent pressure spacious dimensions good price
The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The room had spacious dimensions. The price was good, including entry into the ice hotel. I found the sleeping bags very warm, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The accommodation is beautiful and spacious with complimentary access to the ice hotel section. Guided tours occur at 6 PM and 11 AM daily. The location is excellent. It is close to tourist attractions.

Breakfast included a good range of options like salted salmon and lingonberry jam. I also had the Ice Menu dinner at the restaurant. It was very nice and among my top meals in Sweden

modern interior great variety
the superior twin room had a clean modern interior it also gave hotel residents access to tour the ice rooms the breakfast was excellent i found it offered a great variety
the airport shuttle was unavailable so i had to pay for transport to the airport

mixed feelings on ice
cold draft spotted tile seals
breakfast was pretty rich, offering nice options like salted salmon. it was okay.
cold air came in from the windows by the sitting area. the shower also had yellow plastic and black spots on the tile seals, not nice.
