i found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the train station. the room was quite spacious, even by my standards (i usually book suites!). housekeeping kept everything very tidy throughout my stay.

i found the lack of water bottles in the room an inconvenience. i had to go out to purchase one late at night after a long day of travel. a complimentary bottle would have been welcome (especially after a long trip).

the location was convenient, offering easy access to the train station and various tram lines (a definite plus for getting around).

I encountered a problem with the room. The heating system didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. a sleeping couch was arranged, but it was old and made a loud sound whenever someone sat or slept on it. this impacted the quality of my sleep.
