the hotel is right in the center near the lake. express buses to major attractions stop in front of the entrance. our family room offered ample space and a contemporary design. the breakfast selection had wide variety and quality food.

the minibar was just a simple empty fridge

the staff lent me a charger when i forgot mine demonstrating great service. there was a russian-speaking member, maksim, at reception for guest assistance. having umbrellas available for guest use was convenient.

beautiful view fast elevators

I enjoyed a room that gave me a beautiful lake view. The room felt modern and very clean, just as described. Elevators worked fast , allowing quick access to all floors. I found the hotel located very centrally.

Handy Hotel

I enjoyed a nice room with gym views. The sauna was quiet. Breakfast had a large, bright dining room. The bus to Pulpit Rock stops right outside.

The shower drain clogged. Water pooled in the bathroom. I reported the issue to the front desk. I hope they fix the problem soon.
