i received an upgrade, a sweet surprise.. i appreciated it a lot. the staff proved so helpful every time i needed something. they were very good too.

i found no phones in the room.. this was inconvenient. there was no air conditioning. the noise from nearby bars was very loud when i slept with windows open.

Really good Hotel Experience!

Hotel staff welcomed me with sparkling wine at check-in and escorted me with my bags to the room. It was Sunday, and many places were closed that night, but the hotel staff identified open restaurants for me to choose from. They recommended fun activities, too, despite the rain. The breakfast offered tasty options from both a buffet and a menu.

There was NO porter service upon arrival, made navigating the cobblestones with luggage a little difficult.

i found that communicating with the front desk required using my own mobile phone. the hvac system in the room did not adequately cool the space. the bar was not consistently open, with limited bartender availability at times.
