great location breakfast choices non-working card staff ignorance

the location was great. the breakfast choices were excellent and i found many options. the bed in my standard double room was comfortable and i got a great night's sleep.

i booked in for two nights. the next morning my card did not work. my privacy was invaded completely and the staff did not seem to care about their customers.

the hotel staff were quite helpful, especially with laundry access after my suitcases got wet. a great hot breakfast was available. i also liked the room design, it allowed sufficient space for luggage.

i booked my room a year in advance, but it lacked a tv and bath towels upon arrival. after i complained, they brought towels. they mentioned the hotel was full and a room change might be possible later, but i couldn't manage that.

great location superb breakfast lovely staff minimal storage shower design outdated furnishings

The location was great I was near the harbour. The breakfast offered a superb variety. Staff members were lovely too. The view from my room overlooked the harbour also.

The bathroom had minimal storage this proved inconvenient. The shower design allowed water to spread across the floor.
