Excellent Amenities and Central Location

The hotel provided a seamless experience with its efficient services and well-kept facilities. Breakfast was a highlight, I found a wide selection of fresh items. The rooftop offered very nice views. I appreciated the hotel's central location, many attractions were easily accessible.
I found that the reception area was somewhat dark, it lacked an inviting ambiance. This could be improved with brighter lighting or a more cute design. I hope the hotel considers this for future enhancements.

The hotel is situated close to many key tourist spots, affording guests easy access to explore. Its proximity to public transportation options facilitates convenient travel around the city, this added greatly to the experience. The metro is a short walk.

the windows could not be opened. it felt very stuffy even with a fan. the bed was much too firm for my taste. i ended up sleeping on an additional comforter.

Central Location and Excellent Service

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. The guest relations manager, Pelin, was excellent. Romeo, the bell hop, provided fantastic assistance with electronics. The hotel had a quick walk into the inner city.
I heard people opening and closing doors all night long near the storage areas by my room. At some point, it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. The rooms were not cleaned well.

The hotel is on the water in a quiet location. I found it offers a beautiful view. It is located outside the most touristy area. It is within walking distance of many attractions.

I ABSOLUTELY loved how Gulcan provided an extensive list of activities. It made planning so easy. Celebrating our anniversary, Gulcan upgraded our room for a lovely canal view. She also arranged a beautiful bouquet and chocolate cake to make our celebration even more nice. every staff member was cute!
The hotel was not located in the center. It was a good 15 to 20 mns walk to get there

The room included a comfortable king-size bed with premium bedding. There were also blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep. I found plenty of space for luggage and personal items and also a nice work desk with ample lighting.

The staff provided really good service, addressing my needs quickly. The concierge offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the room service was prompt and courteous. i appreciated the attention to detail.
