The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. The guest relations manager, Pelin, was excellent. Romeo, the bell hop, provided fantastic assistance with electronics. The hotel had a quick walk into the inner city.

I heard people opening and closing doors all night long near the storage areas by my room. At some point, it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. The rooms were not cleaned well.

The hotel is on the water in a quiet location. I found it offers a beautiful view. It is located outside the most touristy area. It is within walking distance of many attractions.

I ABSOLUTELY loved how Gulcan provided an extensive list of activities. It made planning so easy. Celebrating our anniversary, Gulcan upgraded our room for a lovely canal view. She also arranged a beautiful bouquet and chocolate cake to make our celebration even more nice. every staff member was cute!

The hotel was not located in the center. It was a good 15 to 20 mns walk to get there

The room included a comfortable king-size bed with premium bedding. There were also blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep. I found plenty of space for luggage and personal items and also a nice work desk with ample lighting.

The staff provided really good service, addressing my needs quickly. The concierge offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the room service was prompt and courteous. i appreciated the attention to detail.
