window rattling poor soundproofing

i was disappointed by the noise level. heavy winds trains and city traffic made it through the closed windows. they rattled a lot. even with earplugs it was hard to sleep well in the Collection Room. i expected better soundproofing for the price i paid here, noise level

The location of this hotel is convenient. It is situated near the train station. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The gym was spacious and well-equipped with modern equipment.

The air conditioning unit in my room was dusty. This made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Soundproofing was not adequate. Noise from neighboring rooms disturbed my sleep. The pillows in the room contained feathers, despite my request for feather-free options before arrival.

central location helpful staff drinking water

the location impressed me. it is near the train station and tivoli gardens, central. the room was clean and the complimentary water was good. the reception staff was helpful. they gave us directions and recommendations.

The air conditioning was not effective, the room was warm at night. I woke up sweating.

the hotel's proximity to the central station made arriving easy. tivoli gardens were just across the street, we could easily walk there. other attractions were also within a short walking distance.
